The University of Central Florida Art Department is located in the Visual Arts Building across from Colbourn Hall and near Garage H (see campus map). The Art Department Office is located in Room 117 of the VAB. Office hours are from 8:00 to 5:00 pm, Monday - Fridays with the exception of holidays. The office phone number is (407) 823-2676. The new facility was completed in 1992 and houses studio spaces, classrooms, computer labs, and the UCF Art Gallery.

The Art Department offers Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Fine Arts degrees and also the MFA in Studio Art & the Computer.

Competitive scholarships and awards are available to currently enrolled undergraduate full-time UCF art majors through portfolio reviews by faculty. These awards are sponsored by UCF and the Altrusa Club of Winter Park.
