"After A Decade"
An Exhibition of Visual Works and Written Thoughts by Contemporary Artists.

Fifteen artists from ten states across the United States have combined efforts to produce a traveling exhibition that highlights their endurance and survival in the art world since graduating from art school, specifically the BFA. The exhibition presents a total of thirty works which includes paintings, drawings, prints, photographs, collages, artist statements, resumes, and auto-biographical descriptions of personal anecdotes. Complex issues relative to being an artist fresh out of school are explored, as well as, their individual journeys along some unique paths since then. These sometimes surprising, often comical stories include explanation of employment strategies and survival skills needed to maintain a life as a contemporary visual in the United States.

Since April 2001, "After a Decade" has been exhibited in the following locations:
